‘Requiem X’ is a new work by Swiss composer Christoph Schnell, written to commemorate the victims of the 1997 terrorist attack which took place in Luxor, Egypt on 17 November 1997. It remains the most deadly terrorist attack to date involving Swiss citizens, with 36 being killed. This memorial concert features the world premiere performance of Schnell’s work with Sonoro and the Arpeggione Orchestra, conducted by Robert Bokor.
